I really like the combination of the dough with the pears. In my opinion it turns out more tender than with apples. A more subtle, gentle taste. This was what attracted me the recipe for this pie. Prepares simple, ingredients not much. Try it!

Add pears, cut into small cubes. Mix. Simmer 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let the pears cool and put them in a colander to glass excess fluid.

Without fanaticism, just until smooth.
In a water bath melt the chocolate.
Add the chocolate to the egg-butter mixture and mix well. Add flour, sifted with baking powder.
I baked it in the form of detachable, the bottom of which are lined with a baking Mat. The Mat is more uniform and formed folds, which eventually formed a beautiful edge of the pie.
Spread the batter in the pan, even out.
Spread on top of pears. And put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. I baked for 60 minutes. Be guided by your oven. Checked the readiness with a wooden stick. It should come out moist, but without the test.
Ready cake sprinkle with powdered sugar (optional).
The dough turns out very tender, soft. Pie is not cloying, pears give the cake richness. The pie goes perfectly with a scoop of ice cream...
