Crispy patties from Filo pastry
I offer cakes of crispy Filo pastry with juicy and tender fillings. These patties can be served for the holiday table, but you can just for tea.

Ingredients

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    250 g

  • Green beans

    200 g

  • Chicken fillet

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Feta

    100 g

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Phyllo dough

    250 g

  • Butter

    50 g

Cooking

Onion cut into cubes and fry in a pan with vegetable oil until Golden brown.

Add the chopped mushrooms. Sauté 5 minutes.

Add the green beans. Simmer until tender.

Add the diced chicken. Warm up 3 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the sour cream. Warm up for 3-5 minutes. Cool.

Add diced the fitaki.

Add the grated cheese.

Mix well.

Cut the dough into strips approximately 10х30 see

On each strip spread 2 tbsp filling.

Turn in the form of triangles.

Lubricate triangles softened butter.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes until Golden brown.

You can fry in the pan.

Pies are crispy with a juicy filling. PS I like the patties cooked in a frying pan. A total of 15 pies. Bon appetit!
