Plum shifter gluten free
Very tasty and juicy pie cooking in Zepter cookware.

Ingredients

  • Drain

    400 g

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Rice flour

    80 g

  • Corn flour

    80 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Honey

    6 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Melt the butter. In a bowl, using a mixer, mix the milk, egg, 4 tablespoons of honey and melted butter.

Both types of flour and baking powder sift and stir in the liquid mixture.

At the bottom of the pot Zepter pour 2 tbsp. of honey. Plum wash, cut into halves and put them in a saucepan.

From top to pour the dough.

Cover the saucepan with a lid, Zepter and put it on a slow fire, wait for the arrow when the controller reaches the middle of the green fields and cook 30-35 minutes. Remove the skillet from the heat and let it rest for 10 minutes. Not to forget during cooking remove from the cap condensate.

From the pot remove the lid, cover it with a plate, flip the skillet and a couple of times to shake to cake out on to the plate. Bon appetit!!!
