Instantly disappearing muffins
With a quick and delicious recipe for muffins. And if instead of chocolate, use food coloring, you get a wonderful rainbow muffins - checked.

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate

    200 g

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    140 g

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

Milk pour into a saucepan, crumble in there chocolate, add the butter and cocoa.

Melt cornfields any case the mixture should not boil. Melt leave to cool.

Meanwhile, grind the eggs with the sugar ( reduced the amount of sugar because the pastry melted chocolate, and it is very sweet)

To ground mass add chocolate-butter mixture. Mix.

Add the sifted flour and baking powder. Stir. The dough is ready.

Arrange in ramekins filling them to 1/2. The dough very well rises if you have molds single, as I have a set of cookie cutters wide. At this stage you can put (drown in dough) filling: chocolate, candy M&M's, chocolate chips, etc.

Bake in a preheated 180C oven for 20 minutes and then 5 minutes at a reduced temperature to 150C. I got 17 muffins.

After 20 minutes, turn the oven down to 150C for 5 minutes, and brew the tea. Enjoy your tea!
