Cooking

step-0
The products are simple, if there is no whole wheat flour, replacing it with conventional.
step-1
First of all, prepare the fruits, grate, add sugar and put on a small fire. Almost cook the jam. 15 minutes quietly gurgles, and at this time prepare the dough.
step-2
Mix the butter with sugar, add water and Apple cider vinegar, stir. Gradually fall asleep flour and soda, knead the dough.
step-3
The dough is quite thick. Distribute the dough on the baking sheet. Better in the centre thinner than the edge.
step-4
While fiddling with the dough, the peaches are almost ready. At the end of cooking add the cinnamon and starch, stir and spread on dough.
step-5
Cookies place into a preheated oven, 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes. I changed the levels, first on top, last 5 minutes on the lower level. Slightly cooled cookies cut and the whole family gathered in the kitchen to the smell.
