Berry cupcake with sour cream
The dough of this cake turns out more like gingerbread, quite dense, but airy and delicious. Optional in this cake, you can add any berries or mix of berries. I think it will only get better.

Ingredients

  • Cherry

    400 g

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Sugar

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Powdered sugar

    50 g

Berry cupcake with sour cream is prepared from these ingredients

Form for baking grease with butter. If cherries are frozen, unfreeze them. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

Whisk the eggs in a lush foam.

Add sour cream and blend again.

Add salt, soda and flour.

And again mix well.

Add to the dough the cherries and stir.

Spoon the batter into the form.

Bake the cake for 30-40 minutes.

Berry finished cupcake sprinkle with powdered sugar.
