Cooking
Prepare the products. Pour in a Cup of warm water. Add salt, sugar, yeast and vegetable oil. Stir. Sift flour. Knead the dough. Leave for 30 minutes.
Prepare the filling for pies. Chop the onion and mushrooms.
In a frying pan in vegetable oil fry the onion and mushrooms until tender. Salt.
Boiled potatoes peeled and cut into cubes. Carrots cut into cubes.
In a Cup put fried mushrooms with onions, add potatoes, carrots, chopped fresh herbs. Add salt. Stir. The stuffing is ready.
Divide the dough into pieces. Roll out tortillas. Spread the filling. Suscipiam cakes. Spread on a baking sheet. Lubricates warm tea and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Put the pan in the preheated oven and bake the cakes for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
Served our pies. Very tasty with piping hot.
