Cucumbers cut into four parts along.
Garlic, pepper and herbs to grind.
Mix salt and honey. Salt you can take and more.
Add vinegar and whisk thoroughly.
The cucumbers put in a small container, fill the spicy mixture.
Then pour the marinade on top, sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.
Close the container and shake thoroughly for approximately half a minute. Then remove the cucumbers in the fridge for an hour and a half. Though and after half an hour they are already quite edible!
