Brussels sprouts grilled with onions and bacon
What to take with me - I saw a beautiful picture online and could not pass up... But still could not resist, slightly improved the recipe: sped up the cooking process, I removed the excess and added soy-honey notes - and I got a great dish! And all thanks to a combination of the magic of the grill and a delicious sauce.

Ingredients

  • Brussels sprouts

    600 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Bacon

  • Onion

  • Black pepper

  • Sauce

Brussels sprouts should be boiled in boiling salted water for 5 minutes and then drain the water.
