Turkey skewers with cranberry
Offer to cook an original and delicious appetizer to a Banquet. Turkey meat turns out tender and juicy, and additional flavor infused cranberries.

Ingredients

  • Turkey

    1 piece

  • Cranberry

    1 handful

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Ketchup

    2 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

The Turkey breast wash and dry.

Cut into long strips.

Mix ketchup and soy sauce (TM Kikkoman).

Fill the Turkey with the sauce and leave to marinate at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

On skewers thread meat alternately with the Turkey cranberry. Brush to coat the kebabs with the teriyaki sauce on all sides.

Preheat the oven to 230-250 degrees (grill mode). Bake on the grate under the grill for 15 minutes, until Browning. Not to overdry meat.
