A few years ago on the site of A. Seleznev I saw the recipe for creamy risotto with mushrooms. Technology it was more creamy. But it turned out very gently. Since I occasionally cook. If you use bags of rice for cooking, the cooking easier and faster.

Cooking
Boil the rice according to instructions on package in boiling salted water.
Mushrooms clean and cut into pieces.
Single mushroom cut into slices for decoration. Garlic ochistit and grind.
In skillet, heat vegetable oil, put mushrooms and fry. Add the garlic and pepper without fanaticism, cover, reduce heat and cook for about 10 minutes. Add cottage cheese and 50 ml of liquid in which the cooked rice.
Greens wash, dry, chop. Add in the mushroom sauce. Spread the cooked rice. Mix well. Warm up.
