White lasagna with chicken and thyme
I suggest to try another version of lasagna. In advertising it needs, good with any filling ( according to the magazine "RUSSIAN FOODIE" ).

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    350 g

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Tomato

    40 g

  • Cream cheese

    300 g

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Thyme

    5 sprig

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Basil

    4 tsp

  • Lasagna

    12 piece

In this recipe I used ready-made lasagna sheets. If the leaves require boiling, boil them according to the instructions on the package. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Chicken and 200 g of cheese cut into small cubes, chop tomatoes, chop two sprigs of Basil, with thyme sprigs to remove the leaves. Mix well.

In a separate bowl mix the cream cheese ( I used cheese ) with milk, cream, crushed garlic and finely chopped the remaining Basil. Divide the mixture with cream cheese ( cottage cheese ) in half, half to mix with chicken.

Collect lasagna. Half of the cheese mixture without the chicken to distribute on the bottom of the form, from above to lay out the lasagna sheets and 1/2 the chicken mixture. Repeat the layers and finish with pasta sheets. From top to distribute the remaining cheese mixture and RUB the remaining cheese.

Bake lasagna for 25-30 minutes.
