Potato skewers with sesame
Skewers of potato, cooked in sesame seeds with spicy-sour sauce. Quick, tasty and fragrant!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    600 g

  • Seasoning

    1 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    3 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

  • Sour cream

    150 ml

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Peel the potatoes and boil in salted water until semi cooked. To cool down a bit.

Pour the potatoes seasoning the grill for vegetables from Forester. Grill seasoning for vegetables contains sea salt, garlic, parsley, oregano, juniper berry, white pepper, black pepper.

Pour the potatoes with olive oil.

Sprinkle the potatoes liberally with sesame seeds.

Pour in the bag for marinating. You can just mix the products in the package, if the potatoes are warm. Well to close the packet and stir fries. Leave for 1 hour to marinate.

I use the skewers from the company Forester. These skewers are very durable and do not bend after stringing meat. There is a convenient handle screw, which allows to reliably fix a skewer into the grooves of the grill and does not allow the skewer to scroll.

Take the potatoes on the skewers.

Fry over the coals until cooked.

For sauce you must mix the sour cream (my home) with chopped garlic, salt and black pepper.
