Baked potatoes with toppings
It would seem that this is the most common food, but when you combine baked in the coals potatoes with spices, and then filled with different fillings or sauces, you can create a chic table. Today I have two fillings, one with cucumbers, one with anchovies. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Seasoning

  • Sesame oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Anchovies

    4 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Parsley

    1 Tbsp

  • Pickled cucumber

    1 piece

  • Red onion

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Dill

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Potatoes to wash with a brush and dry with a towel.

On the foil, pour a little oil, put potato on top add a bit of oil with spices. Wrap it in foil. Bake in the coals until done.

Filling No. 1 and mix until smooth with a spoon or mortar.

For the filling № 2: the cucumber and onion cut into small cubes, add the dill and butter, mix well.
