Ingredients

  • Lamb

    1 kg

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Khmeli-suneli

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    50 ml

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Powder onion

    1 Tbsp

  • Bread

    3 slice

  • Saffron

    1 pinch

  • Bread crumbs

Crank through a meat grinder lamb, onions and carrots. Knead the mince and evaluate its consistency.
