Chicken thighs in a double marinade
Chicken thighs in two completely different marinades, each of which gives the meat a delicate taste and aroma.

Ingredients

  • Seasoning

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    3 cup

  • Dry white wine

    1 cup

  • Chicken thigh

    1 kg

  • Salt

  • Ketchup

Ingredients a little, but the result is excellent! So, in a bowl to marinate put the chicken thighs.

Add the seasoning from the company Forester. You can marinate the meat in a special package from this company. The meat in the package is very convenient to carry if you are going to fry a shish kebab on the nature.

Pour the meat with yogurt and leave overnight.

Then 1 hour before grilling the skewers, you need to get the chicken thighs from the yogurt marinade, put in another bowl and pour in the white wine, to insist 1 hour.

For frying I use kebab skewers from the company Forester. They are quite sturdy and do not bend after stringing meat. There is a convenient handle screw, which allows to reliably fix a skewer into the grooves of the grill and does not allow the skewer to scroll.
