Ribs wash, blot with paper towel. Cut between the ribs. Sprinkle the spice mixture from "FORESTER", red chilli and cumin. Thoroughly RUB the spices into the ribs. I use a seasoning meat for the barbecue with smoke. The kit includes spices for meat and a separate bag of chips from beech and alder.
Chips pour into a bowl and cover with water. Leave for 30 minutes.
Ribs put on the grill and roast over hot coals 10 minutes.
Then sprinkle the soaked wood chips to hot coals. Roast the ribs for another 10-15 minutes.
Very tasty and flavorful!
