Galeta
Try the vegetarian biscuits with apples and potatoes. It is very hearty and delicious.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    80 ml

  • Water

    80 ml

  • Apple juice

    40 ml

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Potatoes

    300 g

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sauce-marinade

    4 Tbsp

  • Coriander

    0.5 tsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Potatoes cleaned, cut into thin slices, cover with the sauce-marinade Kikkoman teriyaki. Leave to marinate for 2 hours.
