Bean stew with sausages
Fall and winter requires more warm and hearty dishes. Feed a family favorite of all the sausages, combined with beans and vegetables, the more the dish is cooked very quickly!

Ingredients

  • Beans

    200 g

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Carrots

    0.5 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chili

    0.5 piece

  • Sausages

    2 piece

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Tomato

    0.5 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Khmeli-suneli

    2 pinch

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

Beans provided ready, about a Cup. We sell vacuum-Packed, but can be boiled in advance or take a jar of canned.

Vegetables chopped, carrot coarsely grate.

Fry in vegetable oil.

Smoked sausage slice.

Send to the vegetables, fry lightly.

Pour the beans into the pan.

Pour water or broth. Season.

Add Kikkoman soy sauce and Bay leaf.

Saute for 5 minutes stew, turn off and leave lid on before serving.

Serve hot, looks good on the overall dish.
