Zucchini pie
I have a German cookbook. I really like - there retseptiki. Everything is accessible and understandable, and, importantly, each dish shows the number of calories. Now, I'm not the first time I do one pie with zucchini recipe from this book. I'd like to share with you, dear cooks, the more it is very tasty cake!!! Moreover, one serving is only 95 calories!))))

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Brown sugar

    200 g

  • Anis

  • Carnation

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Zucchini

    200 g

  • Orange zest

  • Powdered sugar

  • Pumpkin seeds

    120 g

  • Salt

Zucchini to RUB on a grater.

Grind sunflower seeds in blender, but not quite finely.

Grate the zest from the lemon, the lemon pre-scalded with boiling water.
