Soon the New year, everyone's favorite family holiday. It is no secret that the upcoming 2014 is the year of the Horse. This salad, in the form of a horse, you will appease the symbol of the upcoming year, and all our plans will happen in the new year.

Cooking
Boiled chicken breast finely chop.
Bulgarian pepper cut into small cubes.
Combine the brisket, bell pepper and corn. Add the mayonnaise and mix everything.
Cut onion into thin half-rings and pickle. For this it must be scalded with boiling water, then add lemon juice and, of course, a dash of salt and sugar. Let stand for 10 min.
On a flat dish put the salad in the shape of a horse's head. Spread on top pickled onions.
Detachable egg whites from yolks, natiraem them separately on a small grater. Mix the yolks with mayonnaise and cover the entire surface of the salad.
Proteins also grate and sprinkle them on top of our horse.
Mushrooms fry on the pan. From the cooled fried mushrooms put the mane of a horse, the eyes and nostrils. Leave the salad to soak for 2 hours, after which you can serve. Bon appetit)))
