Carbonara is a Roman.

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    500 g

  • Ham

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Olive oil

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

1. Boil the macaroni in water with 1 tbsp salt

2. Cut the ham or cooked (smoked) ham, bacon.
