The mackerel kebab
A barbecue can be cooked on the grill, on the coals in the oven. The shish kebab turns out very tender and tasty. Serve with vegetables and greens.

Ingredients

  • Mackerel

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    70 ml

  • Salt

    0.2 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

Clean the fish, wash and cut into pieces.

Prepare marinade is to combine soy sauce, pepper, chopped garlic, salt as desired ( you can not add salt) and mix.

Lay the sliced fish in the marinade, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. From time to time to turn the fish.

Clean the onion and cut into rings. Strung on fish skewers, alternating with onions.

Bake in a preheated 220 degree oven for 25 minutes.
