Pancake cake with custard protein cream, will occupy a worthy place on the holiday table in a Pancake week!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Yeast

    5 g

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    2 tsp

  • Egg white

    4 piece

  • Lemon juice

    2 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 cup

To prepare the necessary ingredients.

To the milk add the warm water, salt, sugar, cocoa, eggs, vegetable oil, mix thoroughly. To the flour add the yeast, mix well.

In a bowl with flour and pour in the yeast liquid component. Stir and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Mix whites with sugar and lemon juice. Put in a water bath for 15 minutes, beat with a mixer until obtaining a thick cream.

Let cool the cream.

Bake pancakes.
