Quinoa with rice, almonds and herbs
Simple, healthy, low-calorie dish. If the FET to replace the tofu, it can be prepared during lent. Can be served as a side dish, as a separate dish, and even as a salad.

Ingredients

    150 g

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Feta

    100 g

  • Almonds

    40 g

  • Curry

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

Cooking

In a saucepan, heat olive oil, add curry. Lightly fry. Mix rice with quinoa rinsed, add to a saucepan, lightly fry. Cover with water and cook until tender.

I took a Mixture of rice with quinoa "Quinoa and basmati rice Mix" from the Mistral.

On a dry pan fry the almonds.

Parsley wash, dry, chop.

Feta cut into cubes.

Quinoa rice add salt and mix with the almonds and parsley.

Garnish with feta and serve. Bon appetit!
