Festive burgers from turkeys and ducks
New year celebrations last for several days and all the time want to indulge themselves and their families delicious! I offer you tasty, juicy and not the usual taste of the burgers. The combination of Turkey meat and duck meat, combined with a juicy zucchini and mozzarella cheese make the meatballs tender and soy KIKKOMAN Teriyaki sauce gives the dish an unusual and festive taste.

Ingredients

  • Duck

    1 kg

  • Turkey

    500 g

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Mozzarella

    200 g

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Melted butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

To prepare the meat. Remove the duck from the bones. All the meat is cut into chunks suitable for the grinder.

Mince the meat in a meat grinder on average lattice.

Chop onions finely and fry in melted butter on low heat for 10-15 minutes, not letting him fry. Onions to cool.

Mozzarella cut into small pieces and mix with chopped parsley.

With wet hands take a large enough amount of meat flexing in the cake, in the center put a little mozzarella and form a round Patty.

Fry the meatballs until Golden brown in a well heated pan in small amount of vegetable oil.

Shift the cutlets in a baking dish and food processor in the oven at 180 degrees until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Serve hot.
