The combination of Turkey meat and duck meat, combined with a juicy zucchini and mozzarella cheese make the meatballs tender and soy KIKKOMAN Teriyaki sauce gives the dish an unusual and festive taste.

Cooking
To prepare the meat. Remove the duck from the bones. All the meat is cut into chunks suitable for the grinder.
