Oatmeal pancakes on the yogurt
Our Oil week started out fine oatmeal pancakes on the yogurt. They turned out very tender and tasty. Help yourself! All delicious carnival!

Ingredients

  • Oat flour

    1 cup

  • Yogurt

    400 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

Eggs slightly vzbit with sugar with a whisk.

Now add the yogurt and mix well. Yogurt at room temperature. Sift flour with baking powder and add parts, stirring well with a whisk. Depending on the density of the yogurt, the batter may be thick or sparse. If thick, add water. If rare then more flour. I got it from the right consistency and I did not add.

Now add a pinch of salt and sunflower oil without smell. And just need to bake.

Grease the pan before each pancake. The pancakes are very thin and delicate, so you need to turn them over carefully when they are well grabbed.
