Description
A very simple budget, but tasty sauce. Preparing it is fast enough, if there is a Cup of beef broth. Perfect sauce for savory pancakes with various fillings and without them. This sauce is a great complement to pancakes with cheese and greens.

Cooking
For pancakes: in a bowl pour warm milk, add salt, sugar, yeast and 4 tbsp flour. Cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 30 minutes. Then add the eggs, sunflower oil, all mix well.
Add the remaining flour, grated on a fine grater cheese and chopped greens. Stir the dough.
Bake pancakes on a heated pan greased with a thin layer of sunflower oil
For the sauce: finely chop the peeled onions. In a pan heat the oil, put onion, Bay leaf and garlic, and long simmer on a low heat until the onion has softened.
Then add the breadcrumbs, fry for a minute and pour in the stock. Remove the garlic and Bay leaf. Simmer for about 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. You can add the parsley. I have not added, since I have pancakes with greens. The prepared sauce to blend it using a blender.
Serve pancakes with sauce. Bon appetit!
