Autumn pancakes with lemon and cinnamon
Treat yourself and loved ones a simple and delicious pancakes! A delicious combination of lemon peel and sweet cinnamon will remind you of the approaching New year and Christmas.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Lemon peel

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

Cooking

Pour the flour in a saucepan. My lemon. Grate the zest on a grater with the smallest teeth. Stir with a whisk.

Melt the butter, cool slightly. Pour into pan, stirring with a whisk.

Add the vanilla sugar and cinnamon. Stir again with a whisk.

Add eggs one at a time, stirring with a whisk until smooth.

Slowly pour in warmed milk, stirring with a whisk. Stir another couple of minutes until smooth, the consistency is slightly thicker yogurt.

The pan greased with oil. Put on medium heat. Heats for 10-15 seconds. The dough pour in a thin stream into the pan, turning it over. I poured about half a ladle.

Carefully turn the pancake to the other side. Cook until it will turn brown.

Remove from the heat ready damn. Repeat the procedure with remaining dough, but not greasing the pan. Spread all on a plate and served to the table!

You can submit anything! I added sour cream, jam, honey, powdered sugar and tangerine.
