Colored rice
The thus prepared rice is not only a festive side dish, but very tasty dish.

Ingredients

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Green peas

    130 g

Figure boil until cooked in salted water.

On a hot frying pan, pour vegetable oil and fry the finely chopped onion until Golden brown.

Three on a coarse grater carrots, add to the onions. Sauté the carrots with onions.

Pepper finely chop, add to the pan and fry for 2 minutes with carrots and onion.

To vegetables in pan spread the cooked rice. Mix all and lightly fry for 1 minute.

And finally - spread the green peas (without the brine). All of the ingredients on the fire, stir for 1 minute, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
