Such products we need
Bring to boil milk, adding 1 tablespoon of sugar and vanilla. Personally, I don't add sugar – I think enough sweetness in the other segments of food. Pour rice cereal "Mistral" hot milk, cover and leave for 3 to 5 minutes.
Bring to a boil the water, adding 1 tablespoon of sugar and lemon zest. Apples peel, remove core and stew in the boiling syrup.
Molds for baking grease with oil. Prepared rice to spread out evenly over the cups.
Put the rice on the spoon of jam. Spread stewed apples. In the hole also put a bit of jam.
1 protein shake 1/3 Cup sugar and 1 tbsp jam.
Separately beat the second protein.
Mix both the protein mass.
Using a pastry bag to cover the protein mass of rice and apples.
Bake at t 150˚C for 20-25 minutes.
