Baked French toast with bananas
Very tasty and tender toast with caramel and banana may well be a light Breakfast and will be excellent company Cup of morning coffee.

Ingredients

  • Banana

    2 piece

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Sugar

    80 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    120 ml

  • Bread

    6 slice

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

Preheat the oven to 189 degrees. In a frying pan, which can be used for baking in the oven, melt the butter, add the sugar and heat until it is almost completely dissolved.

Heated until the sugar cut the bananas in half, first crosswise, then in half lengthwise and put in pan with caramel

Beat with a fork the eggs with milk and cinnamon.

Dip bread both sides in egg - milk mixture and spread on top of bananas. Pour the remaining mixture of eggs and milk on bread.

Bake in the oven for 25 - 30 minutes, cool to grabbed a caramel. Place on a plate with the bananas up. Serve with whipped cream or sour cream.
