Roulette fish
Quick and easy to prepare dish is inspired by the sea breeze and the unwillingness to stand long at the stove.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    400 g

  • Basil

  • Pistachios

    30 g

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Olive oil

  • Paprika sweet

For the filling: in the bowl of a blender put the peeled pistachios, Basil, tomato ( without skin), 1 tablespoon of olive oil and one egg protein. Divide until smooth. Fillet salt and pepper. Spread the filling on the fish.

Turn fillet rolls and wrap in cling film

It is important that the rolls were as tight as possible

Put on the grill steamer for 10-15 minutes

Remove the foil and pour the sauce: olive oil mixed with paprika sweet or savory. Garnish as desired. I have broccoli.
