Cooking
Cut half onion, one large potato and green pepper
Fry in olive oil until tender
Grind in a blender half the onion, the garlic clove, a carrot and a bunch of parsley.
Add to the minced chopped carrot-onion mixture, one egg. Salt, black pepper to taste.
Into a round shape put bacon that remained of the long edges
Spread the stuffing on 1/3 of the form
And again on top of the stuffing
Close the tips of the bacon, forming a pouch
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 190 degrees. Decorate with salad vegetables!
