Eggplant sweet
Very tasty seaming eggplant, sweet pepper and tomato. Version of the name - Ten. Does not require a large investment of time both in preparation and in use. Recipe borrowed 10 years ago at the Institute's friend and still not disappointed in it. Servings - about 9 liters.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    5 kg

  • Onion

    1 kg

  • Red sweet pepper

    2 kg

  • Tomato juice

    3 l

  • Salt

    0.5 cup

  • Vinegar

    0.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 l

  • Sugar

    0.5 kg

  • Garlic

    0.5 cup

Cooking

Cut eggplant and onion into 4 pieces

Peel the pepper, cut into 2-4 pieces along

Prepare 3 liters of tomato

Add salt, vinegar, vegetable oil and sugar. Cook for 20 minutes.

Add the garlic and cook for another 10 minutes.

Preserve in sterile jars. Can 10 minutes to sterilize, but not necessarily. Banks turn upside down, wrap it up to cool. You can eat the next day.
