Paella with squid
Paella!!! Sunny-what a word! Once submitted to heat, the sea, fiery Spanish music - such are the associations. Was preparing this dish I first. And really liked the result and the process!

Ingredients

  • Broth

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.25 tsp

  • Oregano

    0.5 tsp

  • Zira

    0.333 tsp

  • Saffron

    0.25 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Basil

Cooking

Prepare the calamari, clean, cut into strips. Add salt to taste, sprinkle with black pepper, stir, leave.

Add wine, bring to a boil, put bacon and all the spices, stir.

Pour hot broth, bring again to a boil. Paella stew-cooked 25 minutes - until rice is done, stir it from time to time. At the end of cooking sprinkle with salt.
