Want to share a recipe for cabbage pie, which is a surprisingly delicate and light and very tasty!

Cooking
Cabbage finely chop with a knife or grind in a blender (I chose the second option). Place cabbage in a saucepan, cover with water, add salt and then boil for 30 minutes.
Boil the carrots until tender. Peel and cut into slices.
From boiled cabbage to drain excess liquid, add the pepper, flour, mix well.
Then the cabbage add soevy sauce, mix well.
Form for baking grease with vegetable oil and spread 1/3 of the cabbage mass.
On top lay a layer of carrots.
Then lay out half of the remaining cabbage mass, then another layer of carrots and the last layer of cabbage. Send in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for about 30 minutes before Browning the pie. To remove the cake from the oven, place them on a dish, decorate as desired.
