This recipe is very much apples and light biscuit base, gently flavored with spices and lemon zest.

Cooking
Preheat the oven to 180 C. In a large bowl mash the butter with the sugar in the air cream.
Add one egg with a spoonful of flour (what would the masses do not curdle) and continue to grind until smooth.
Enter the remaining flour with baking powder and spices.
Gently mix sliced apples, lemon zest and Apple juice. Put the batter into the pan and flatten the surface.
The three remaining Apple cut into four pieces and cut out the seed pods (peel not clean). Make from the rind two or three deep cuts along, slightly open. Push the Apple slices evenly into the workpiece. On the edges sprinkle with grated nuts.
Bake for 50-60 minutes. Puncture needle product in the center: if it is clean – the cake is ready. Leave in tin for 15 minutes, then invert to cool on a wire rack.
