Spaghetti with meat lentil-corn sauce
Italy is associated with different types of pasta and great sauces to them. Today I want to show you a very unusual and tasty sauce that will warm you up in cold autumn evenings!!!

Ingredients

  • Lentils

    75 g

  • Broth

    200 ml

  • Red onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Corn

    100 g

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    500 g

  • Chili

  • Oregano

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

75 g lentils pour 200 ml of vegetable broth and cook on slow fire until tender.

Peel the onion and the garlic, finely chop them. Fry them on a heated with oil pan until transparent.

Take 400 g of minced meat (I got pork).

Add the beef to the onions and fry it, stirring occasionally. Add salt and pepper.

Also, we need crushed tomatoes, I took the tomatoes of the brand Parmalat.
