Risotto with porcini mushrooms
Very hearty and delicious Italian dish

Ingredients

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Dry white wine

    0.5 cup

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Butter

    4 Tbsp

  • Broth

    3 cup

  • Saffron

    0.5 tsp

  • Cheese

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

In a deep frying pan over medium heat melt 3 tbsp butter. Onion cut into small cubes and fry in oil for 5 minutes. Flatten the bow so that the oil coated him.

Wash rice in cold water.

Mix well and add the mushrooms. (I have mushrooms boiled, the broth was left of them, and it's the one I added while cooking. You can use bouillon cubes)

Mix well and add one Cup of mushroom broth and saffron

When they boil, make down fire, and constantly stir until the rice has absorbed the broth completely, while constantly adding to the rice broth.

When the rice is ready, put 1 tablespoon of oil, sprinkle with cheese.
