Very tasty and useful pie with the addition of buckwheat cereal and cottage cheese and poppy fillings.

Cooking
To make a cake we need buckwheat flakes do not require cooking ( 1 Cup).
The flakes are mixed with glass of buttermilk, soda and leave to swell.
Meanwhile, separate the yolks from the whites. The yolks should be whipped with 1 tbsp sugar and vegetable oil. Whites with the salt, beat in a solid foam, then add 3 tbsp of sugar. Mix whites with yolks.
Add the remaining cereal.
Then add flour, mix well.
Form for baking lay a paper, grease with vegetable oil. Apple wash, peel and cut into pieces. Spread the Apple slices on the bottom of the form. Sprinkle top with remaining sugar.
Now prepare the cheese filling. Mix cottage cheese with sour cream, vanilla sugar and poppy seeds. Over the apples spread half of the dough, then the cheese filling and again dough. The dough is spread evenly.
Pie put in preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees until cooked (dry match, a brown color). Paper may stick to the cake, carefully remove it by turning up the pie "down." Turn back. Pie allow to cool a little and cover warm cake with honey on top and sprinkle with coconut.
