Cooking
Prepare the ingredients
Mix melted margarine with sugar and vanillin (or vanilla sugar)
Add the cottage cheese. Carefully blend
Beat in the eggs. Share the resulting mass into two equal parts
In one portion add: 2 tbsp cocoa, 2 tsp baking powder, 1 Cup flour, essence (I have orange)
That's the way it should be
In the second part add: 2 tsp baking powder, 1 Cup of flour. Mix
Grind prunes, and, together with the raisins, adding the second part
In a greased form with margarine first put the chocolate mass, and then mass with raisins and prunes. Put in oven for 1 hour at a temperature of 170 C to dry toothpick (in my gas cake was baked 1 hour and 15 minutes)
Shortly before the end of baking start preparing the frosting. Oil + cocoa + milk = in the microwave to restuplenie oil
Stir thoroughly with a fork to avoid lumps of cocoa; let cool; add Baileys or other alcohol to your taste))
After our cake is slightly cooled, pour glaze
Bon appetit... and pleasant memories of the holidays))
