Buckwheat porridge with chicken and Apple
Wanted buckwheat and something new. Here's what the result is.

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    2 cup

  • Chicken fillet

    700 g

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Beer

    1 bottle

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Seasoning

  • Black pepper

  • Water

    2 cup

Cooking

Chicken fillet cut into cubes. Season with salt and pepper. Add seasonings.

Fry in vegetable oil. Put in a saucepan with a thick bottom.

Onions cut into half rings, fry in vegetable oil. Spread on the chicken.

Apple cut into slices. Fry in butter with a pinch of sugar. To lay out on the bow.

Buckwheat wash. Put another layer. Pour into a pan a bottle of beer + 2 glasses of water. Salt. Put on fire and cook until tender.
