Cooking
Separate the yolks from the whites. RUB the yolks with sugar.
Add the yogurt, melted margarine, baking powder to the yolks.
Flour sifted. Add to it the cocoa, raisins (pre-soaked), vanilla.
The slurry is introduced into the flour with cocoa and stir gently.
Protein whisk in the lush foam
Now carefully enter proteins in the dough and stir. Grease the form of oil and put in it the dough. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and put our cake in to bake for 48 minutes. Readiness check with a toothpick.
