Casserole of pasta with Turkey meat
Option hearty and nahapetova dinner.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    400 g

  • Pasta

    250 g

  • Mushrooms

    2 handful

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Cream

    300 ml

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Vegetable oil

To start, pour the dried mushrooms with boiling water, leave for 15 minutes. Then drain the mushrooms and finely chop. Onion cut into cubes and fry with mushrooms.

The mushrooms with the onions add the finely chopped Turkey breast. And fry everything for another 10 minutes.

Add the chopped celery and fry for another 5 minutes.

Then remove the pan from the heat, add the boiled pasta. Mix everything.

Cover everything with cold cream. Stir. Then add grated on a coarse grater cheese and mix again (add the cheese at all, leave a little for sprinkling on top).

On top sprinkle with remaining cheese and send in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15 minutes.
