Rice cake-pudding with nuts and raisins
More of a casserole, but in the "School of Gastronome", where I found this recipe, was designated as pie. Change your I, of course, have made. Tender, tasty, with a light lemon flavor. Try it!

Ingredients

  • Milk

    0.5 l

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Figure

    125 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Nuts

  • Raisins

    50 g

  • Butter

  • Crumb bread

  • Salt

  • Powdered sugar

To the milk add sugar.

The lemon zest. Put on fire and bring to boil.

When it boils, add a pinch of salt, add rice. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, 25 minutes. Cool.

Add in the rice, nuts (I just chop with a knife) and raisins.

Separate eggs into whites and yolks. The egg yolks add in the rice.

Proteins vzbit in a solid foam and add to the mass. Mix gently.

Form of grease with butter, sprinkle crumbs, better not just bread, crumb buns or biscuits.

Put the mass into shape. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.

When serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
