Cooking
In a large bowl, mash cream margarine with sugar. Add vanilla sugar and lemon juice. One by one, beat the eggs, carefully entering them into a mass.
Mix the baking powder with the flour and alternately with sour cream, add the egg-oil mixture (1 tbsp flour, 1 tbsp sour cream, etc.).
At the end fold the blueberries if you use frozen blueberries, don't defrost them before adding to the dough.
Form for baking grease and lay baking paper.
Spoon the batter and bake in a preheated 180C oven for 60 minutes.
Before you remove the cake from the mold, cool it at room temperature for 10 minutes. Cake put on the dish, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
