Mexican chocolate cake
Cake with a rich chocolate flavor and a nice slight kick. I recommend to try the recipe for those who like to discover new tastes.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Cinnamon

    2 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    50 g

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Water

    240 ml

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    65 ml

  • Black pepper

    2 pinch

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Milk

    120 g

Will need a small hot pepper. I used half of it. You need to remove the seeds, finely chop and slightly mash to let the juice. At this time you can include to warm up the oven.

Mix the dry ingredients: sifted flour and cocoa, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, a pinch of black pepper. Add pounded pepper.

Separately, mix water, oil, vinegar. Pour in to dry ingredients, stir. Put the dough into the prepared pan (previously greased and covered with paper or foil).

Bake at 175-180 degrees until dry matches. My pie was ready in 25 minutes. The form used 20 cm in diameter.

For the glaze melt the chocolate (100g) with milk (120 ml) in a water bath. You can do so glaze: 2 tbsp sugar, 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder, 2-3 tbsp water, sour cream or milk melt on low heat until the gurgling.
