Cake
For me winter is associated with smells and tastes of ginger, oranges and persimmon. Decided to bake this cake. It was very tasty. Try it :)

Ingredients

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Flour

    260 g

  • Orange zest

    35 g

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Leavening agent

    16 g

  • Persimmon

    2 piece

That's what we need.

Butter, room temperature, sugar, orange zest and ginger, beat with a mixer. Enter one eggs.

Here's what you should have, weight should be homogeneous.

Flour mixed with baking powder in a separate container, then add to egg-oil mixture. Mix with a mixer on low speed, then a couple of minutes on average. The batter is not runny. The photo shows consistency.

Persimmon cut into not large cubes. I got a big, needed a smaller bit. Persimmon is better to take dense.

Add to the persimmon batter and stir with a spatula.

Cake pan vystelit baking paper, edges of paper to hang freely on the sides of the form. Put the dough. Bake until dry toothpick.

Remove hot cake from the mold holding onto the edge dangling paper and wrap the edges to the top. Wrap hot cake with cling film. Leave in the foil until cool.

Cut a piece off the cooled cake, and enjoy :) Cupcake is very tasty, felt notes of all the ingredients. The dough is wet and crumbly. Try it :)
