Pie with peaches under the cream
Very tender cake... Simple to prepare, but the result will certainly please you and your family!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    125 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Milk

    25 ml

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla

  • Peach

    400 g

  • Sour cream

    70 g

Cooking

Soft beat butter until fluffy, combine with 100 g of sugar, add vanilla.

To drive into the mass of eggs, add sifted flour, baking powder and milk. Beat in a homogeneous mass.

Mix the peaches with the dough.

Put the tart in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake to a nice Golden brown 30-40 minutes. Readiness check wooden stick.

Whip cream with 50 g sugar in a magnificent mass and pour it over the hot cake.
